By bus

The République Française stop (served by lines 2, 3) is a 3-minute walk from the Reflektor. The Opéra stop (lines 1, 25, 48) is only a 2-minute walk away!

You can reach the Reflektor from Liège Carré or Liège St Lambert stations, each only a few minutes’ walk away, from any Belgian station.

Liège Guillemins station is connected to the Reflektor by numerous public transport options.

By car

Take advantage of a preferential rate by parking in the Central Park car park when attending Reflektor concerts between 18:00 and 01:00.
Before collecting your car, simply validate your ticket at the bar and benefit from a special rate of €8!

ONLINE TICKETS

Buy your tickets online via the TICKETS link below each event. You will then receive your tickets by email. Payment can be made by Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, Payconiq.

ON-SITE

You can buy tickets on site if the event is not SOLD OUT yet. A surcharge is possible on site.

All concerts at the REFLEKTOR are free seating.

The Reflektor is an Article 27 partner. Please send your Article 27 requests to info@reflektor.be.

You can find the exact schedule of each concert on the page dedicated to each event on this website. Please note that the schedule is always subject to last-minute changes.

A bar with a selection of beers, special beers, spirits, soft drinks and wines is available before, during and after the event.

We strongly recommend payment by card, but cash is also accepted.

We do not offer any food and beverage services.

The Reflektor is accessible to people with reduced mobility who use wheelchairs. A device can be put in place, on request, to allow a better placement during the concerts. Please contact us at info@reflektor.be.

There is also a toilet for PRMs on the ground floor.

The Reflektor has about 100 lockers available to the public in the basement of the hall.

These are available for a fee of €1.

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can buy your tickets online, or at the box office on the evening if the event is not sold out. Please note that there may be a surcharge on site.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

E-tickets are sent within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

If you have not received your tickets after this time, please check if they are not in your spam folder. If you still haven’t received them, please contact us at info@omconcerts.be .

CAN I GIVE TICKETS IN MY NAME TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, tickets are not nominative.

WHAT IF MY CONCERT IS CANCELLED? AND IF IT IS POSTPONED?

If your concert is cancelled, you will be notified by email. The email will explain the procedure to follow for a refund.

If your concert is postponed, the tickets remain valid. However, if you are not available on the rescheduled date, please contact the Paylogic service via https://customerservice.paylogic.fr/hc/fr/requests/new .

WHERE IS THE REFLEKTOR?

The REFLEKTOR is located at Place Xavier Neujean, 24 in 4000 Liège. The venue is easily accessible by car or public transport. You can find all the information about accessibility in the Access tab.

IS THERE SEATING IN THE DIFFERENT ROOMS?

No, there are no seating areas in the rooms. Events are always standing, unless otherwise stated on the event page.

ARE MEASURES TAKEN FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND/OR SPECIAL NEEDS?

REFLEKTOR is accessible to people with reduced mobility and special needs. There is an adapted toilet and a specific entrance for wheelchairs. Please contact us via info@reflektor.be if you need any assistance.

We recommend that you arrive before the doors open.

ARE THERE ANY LOCKERS?

Yes, lockers are available in the basement of the building and can be used with a one euro coin (1€).

ARE THERE PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK?

The Reflektor bar is available before, during and after the concert. The bar does not currently offer food and drink.

LOST ITEMS

If you have lost something, please contact us at info@reflektor.be with a description of your lost item. We will contact you as soon as possible.

CAN I FIND HEARING PROTECTION ON SITE?

Yes, hearing protection is available on site.

IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?

Once you have returned, you can go out on the Reflektor terrace. You are not allowed to go out with drinks after 10 pm.

I WOULD LIKE TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND A CONCERT?

There is no minimum age to attend our concerts, unless otherwise indicated on the page dedicated to each event on this site. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There is a charge for entry to all events and no free admission for children, unless otherwise stated on the event page.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CONCERTS?

You can bring a simple digital camera or smartphone, but flashes are not allowed. Photography with professional equipment is only allowed with our prior permission. Requests for professional photography can be made via info@reflektor.be .

Right in the heart of the Cité Ardente, near the Carré, the REFLEKTOR brings current music (rock, pop, electro, techno, house, drum & bass, dub, reggae, urban, metal, hip-hop, beats, world, jazz, funk…) to Liège all year round.

This concert hall is located in the building of the former Sauvenière swimming pool, on the Place Xavier Neujean, a district that has become a real cultural hub with the Cité Miroir, the Sauvenière Cinema, and the Royal Opera of Wallonia.

The venue, which can accommodate an audience of 600 people per date, has a large stage and a high-performance sound system, making it one of the city’s most popular venues for live music lovers.

Besides concerts, the Reflektor also organises theme nights and cultural events throughout the year.

All concerts at the Reflektor are free standing.

The hall is accessible for disabled people.
