Tram line 1 drops you off at the Sauvenière stop, just a 2-minute walk from the venue.

The Reflektor is easily accessible by train.

The Liège-Carré and Liège-Saint-Lambert stations are just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.

Liège-Guillemins station is also well connected, with plenty of public transport options to reach the city centre.

By car

Come to a concert at the Reflektor and enjoy a special rate at the Central Park parking between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

Before leaving, simply validate your ticket at the bar to benefit from the 8 € flat rate.

You can also park in the surrounding streets using parking meters.

WHAT IS THE TIME OF MY CONCERT?

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can buy your tickets online, or at the box office on the evening if the event is not sold out. Please note that there may be a surcharge on site.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

E-tickets are sent within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

If you have not received your tickets after this time, please check if they are not in your spam folder. If you still haven’t received them, please contact us at info@omconcerts.be .

CAN I GIVE TICKETS IN MY NAME TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, tickets are not nominative.

WHAT IF MY CONCERT IS CANCELLED? AND IF IT IS POSTPONED?

If your concert is cancelled, you will be notified by email. The email will explain the procedure to follow for a refund.

If your concert is postponed, the tickets remain valid. However, if you are not available on the rescheduled date, please contact the Paylogic service via https://customerservice.paylogic.fr/hc/fr/requests/new .

ARE THERE ANY LOCKERS?

Yes, lockers are available in the basement of the building and can be used with a one euro coin (1€).

ARE THERE PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK?

The Reflektor bar is available before, during and after the concert. The bar does not currently offer food and drink.

LOST ITEMS

If you have lost something, please contact us at info@reflektor.be with a description of your lost item. We will contact you as soon as possible.

CAN I FIND HEARING PROTECTION ON SITE?

Yes, hearing protection is available on site.

IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?

Once you have returned, you can go out on the Reflektor terrace. You are not allowed to go out with drinks after 10 pm.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND A CONCERT?

There is no minimum age to attend our concerts, unless otherwise indicated on the page dedicated to each event on this site. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There is a charge for entry to all events and no free admission for children, unless otherwise stated on the event page.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CONCERTS?

You can bring a simple digital camera or smartphone, but flashes are not allowed. Photography with professional equipment is only allowed with our prior permission. Requests for professional photography can be made to lea@2stations.be.

WHAT OBJECTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM?

Right in the heart of the Cité Ardente, near the Carré, the REFLEKTOR brings current music (rock, pop, electro, techno, house, drum & bass, dub, reggae, urban, metal, hip-hop, beats, world, jazz, funk…) to Liège all year round.

This concert hall is located in the building of the former Sauvenière swimming pool, on the Place Xavier Neujean, a district that has become a real cultural hub with the Cité Miroir, the Sauvenière Cinema, and the Royal Opera of Wallonia.

The venue, which can accommodate an audience of 600 people per date, has a large stage and a high-performance sound system, making it one of the city’s most popular venues for live music lovers.

Besides concerts, the Reflektor also organises theme nights and cultural events throughout the year.

All concerts at the Reflektor are free standing.

The hall is accessible for disabled people.
