LE REFLEKTOR
History
Right in the heart of the Cité Ardente, near the Carré, REFLEKTOR brings contemporary music (rock, pop, electro, techno, house, drum & bass, dub, reggae, urban, metal, hip-hop, beats, world, jazz, funk…) to life in Liège all year round.
This concert venue is situated in the building of the former Sauvenière swimming pool, on Place Xavier Neujean, a neighbourhood that has become a real cultural hub with the Cité Miroir, the Cinéma Sauvenière and the Opéra Royal de Wallonie.
The venue, which can accommodate an audience of 600 people per event, features a large stage and a high-performance sound system, making it one of the city’s most popular venues for live music enthusiasts.
In addition to concerts, the REFLEKTOR also organises themed evenings and cultural events throughout the year.
All concerts held at the Reflektor are standing room only.

Buy your tickets online via the TICKETS link below each event. You will then receive your tickets by email. Payment can be made by Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL or Payconiq.

You can buy tickets on site if the event is not SOLD OUT yet. A surcharge is possible on site.
All concerts at the REFLEKTOR are free seating.

E-tickets are sent within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.
If you have not received your tickets after this time, please check if they are not in your spam folder. If you still haven’t received them, please contact us at info@omconcerts.be .

Yes, tickets are not nominative.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
No, we can scan it directly from your phone.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE CONCERT I WANT TO ATTEND IS SOLD OUT?
You can check the Ticketswap website to see if any tickets have been released, or join our waiting list.
WHAT IF MY CONCERT IS CANCELLED? AND IF IT IS POSTPONED?
If your concert is cancelled, you will be notified by email. The email will explain the procedure to follow for a refund.
If your concert is postponed, the tickets remain valid. However, if you are not available on the rescheduled date, please contact the Paylogic service via https://customerservice.paylogic.fr/hc/fr/requests/new .

By tram
Get to the Reflektor easily by tram!
Tram line 1 drops you off at the Sauvenière stop, just a 2-minute walk from the venue.

The Reflektor is easily accessible by train.
The Liège-Carré and Liège-Saint-Lambert stations are just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.
Liège-Guillemins station is also well connected, with plenty of public transport options to reach the city centre.

By car
Come to a concert at the Reflektor and enjoy a special rate at the Central Park parking between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
Before leaving, simply validate your ticket at the bar to benefit from the 8 € flat rate.
You can also park in the surrounding streets using parking meters.
You can park your car in these two nearby parking facilities:
- PARKING NEUJEAN: Boulevard de la Sauvenière 45, 4000 Liège
Rate of €10.60, valid for any entry after 6 PM until 1 AM.
To benefit from this rate, please go to Reflektor to have your ticket validated before going to the Parking Neujean payment machine.
- PARKING CENTRAL PARK: Boulevard de la Sauvenière 37, 4000 Liège
Rate of €8, valid for any entry after 6 PM until 1 AM.
To benefit from this rate, please go to Reflektor to have your ticket validated before going to the Central Park payment machine. The parking closes at 1 AM on Thursdays.

PRM
Reflektor is a standing venue: no seating areas are provided, unless otherwise stated on the event page. The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and those with specific needs.
- A dedicated entrance is located at the back of the venue for wheelchair users.
- An adapted, ground-level toilet is available.
- Upon prior request, a setup can be arranged to ensure better placement during the event.
- PMR tickets are available for each event through our online ticketing system.
We also recommend arriving before doors open. Please contact us in advance at info@reflektor.be if you need any specific assistance.
BAR / LOCKERS / LOST PROPERTY
Bar
A bar with a selection of beers, special beers, spirits, soft drinks and wines is available before, during and after the event.
We strongly recommend payment by card, but cash is also accepted.
We do not offer any food and beverage services.
Lockers
Paid lockers are available in the basement of the venue to store your personal belongings. Fee: €1 (cash payment only).
Lost property
If you have lost something, please contact us at info@reflektor.be with a description of the item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I get ear protection on site ?

RULES AND REGULATIONS
House rules:
To ensure the safety and well-being of every visitor, Reflektor asks all guests to respect its house rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these rules, without any refund of the ticket.
Reflektor adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of violence, whether physical or verbal, as well as harassment and disrespectful behavior. Racism, sexual harassment, aggression, discrimination and homophobia have no place here.
If you witness behavior that goes against our house rules, please do not hesitate to contact our security staff, volunteers or team members. You can also contact us by email at info@reflektor.be.
Every report is taken seriously and handled as quickly as possible.
Prohibited items:
The following items are not allowed inside Reflektor:
- Pocket knives
- Weapons
- Drinks and snacks
- Glass bottles
- Umbrellas
- Backpacks
Any recording equipment, except for your mobile phone or smartphone. Photography with professional equipment is only permitted with our prior authorization. Requests for professional photography can be submitted via info@reflektor.be
It is also prohibited to:
- smoke inside Reflektor. However, once your entry has been validated, you are free to go to the Reflektor terrace.
- consume alcohol under the age of 16, and to consume spirits under the age of 18. In case of doubt, bar staff may ask you to provide identification to verify your age.
Reflektor also reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. - photographing the event with professional equipment without prior authorisation. Requests to take professional photographs can be submitted to lea@2stations.be. You may bring a standard digital camera or a smartphone, but flash photography is not permitted.
General safety:
- For your safety, all instructions given by staff must be followed.
- Any criminal offense committed at Reflektor will be reported to the police.
- There is no minimum age to attend our concerts, unless otherwise stated on the page of each event on this website. However, persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All entries are paid; there is no free admission for children unless otherwise stated on the event page.
